By downloading, accessing, or using Ramble ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Ramble is a voice recording and transcription application that uses artificial intelligence to convert audio recordings into structured notes, summaries, and action items. The App is available for iOS devices through the Apple App Store.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

All subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
All sales are final. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support as all purchases are managed through the App Store.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and consent to record any audio, conversations, or meetings. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction, and you must comply with all applicable laws in your area.
The App uses OpenAI's services for transcription and note generation. Your use of these features is also subject to OpenAI's terms of service. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their availability.
You retain all rights to your recordings, notes, and content created in the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Ramble and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAMBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
