Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Football Ticket Alerts mobile application ("App", "Service"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Football Ticket Alerts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Football Ticket Alerts is a notification service that monitors publicly available ticket information from official Premier League club websites and sends alerts when tickets become available. The Service includes:

• Monitoring of 6 Premier League club websites (Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur)
• AI-powered ticket availability detection
• Push notifications when tickets are detected
• Automated checking every 15 minutes

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers a weekly subscription priced at £2.99/week (or equivalent in your local currency). A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged through your Apple App Store account.

3.3 Free Trial

The 3-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

4. Permitted Use

4.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for commercial purposes or resale
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the App's functionality
• Share your account with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Service Availability and Limitations

5.1 No Guarantee

Important: While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee:

• That tickets will be available when you receive a notification
• That you will successfully purchase tickets
• 100% accuracy in ticket detection
• Uninterrupted service or notification delivery
• Detection of all ticket releases

5.2 Service Dependencies

The Service depends on:

• Official club websites remaining accessible and maintaining current structure
• Your device having internet connectivity and push notification permissions
• Third-party services (Firebase, OpenAI) remaining operational
• iOS operating system compatibility

5.3 Maintenance and Downtime

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for missed ticket opportunities or financial losses
• We are not liable for third-party actions (e.g., club website changes, ticket sales)

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Football Ticket Alerts and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Third-Party Content and Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites (official club websites). We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites
• Changes to third-party websites that affect functionality
• Third-party ticket purchasing processes or policies

10. Not Affiliated with Clubs

Important Disclaimer: Football Ticket Alerts is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Premier League club, the Premier League, or any football organization. We are an independent service that monitors publicly available information only.

11. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and ethically. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Attempt to exploit or harm the Service
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting the App.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• Any reason at our sole discretion

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscriptions.

13. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to their refund policy. We do not control or process refunds.

Generally, refunds are not provided for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Missed notifications or ticket opportunities
• User error or change of mind

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• In-app notification
• Email (if provided)
• Website update with "Last Updated" date change

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or courts of England and Wales if necessary

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
